Recently,?Successful Meetings?sent a survey asking our readership to tell us what made a city affordable for meetings. When planners - of the respondents 42 percent were corporate planners, 31 percent were association planners, and 27 percent were third party or independent planner - were asked what their budget was like for meetings in affordable cities here is what they have to say.
